Ordering and Payment
We accept orders online or by post. All prices on our site are in Pounds Sterling and Euros.
Accepted payment methods include payment by Visa, Mastercard, Visa
Electron, Solo, Maestro (formerly Switch), Carte Bleue, and by cheque. Cheques can
only be accepted in Euros drawn on French bank accounts. If paying by cheque
please allow for additional time, as goods will only be dispatched after
clearance.
Online payment by card is managed by our banking partner PayPal. When
going through checkout you will be directed to the PayPal secure payment
area, where you can complete your purchase in a secure environment.
Product Information
We value your trust in our products and endeavour to provide accurate
product information with each item on our site. We have taken care to choose images which represent the colour of the
articles as best as possible, but please be aware that each computer screen
will show colours slightly differently.
We hope that you will enjoy your purchase from our website but understand
that this may not always be the case. Please read our returns &
cancellations policy for details of our 14-day, no quibble, money back
guarantee.

Packing and delivery costs within Europe are shown at the checkout page. For the rest of the world, please contact us for the correct tariff.
Availability
We try to keep all items in stock for dispatch within 2 working days. Should
demand ever exceed our stock on popular items this will be highlighted in
your shopping basket. We will confirm the likely availability by e-mail, or
you can contact us before placing your order.
Lost or damaged items
In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery,
please contact us as soon as possible but not later than a week after
delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original
packaging, as we might need it for insurance purposes. Should we require the
damaged item to be returned, then we will reimburse you for the cost. Please
do not return damaged items before contacting us.
Returns and Cancellations
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so should a product not meet not your expectations, you can return it to us
in its original packaging within 14 days.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please phone us as soon as possible on

If the order has not yet been dispatched, then we can issue a full
refund. If the order has already been dispatched, then we regret that we
cannot call back the articles - in this case, please see below the details
for requesting a refund.
Returns
We offer a 14-day no quibble money back guarantee (starting from the day
you receive the goods), refunding the full value of the goods and, if
returning a complete order, the original delivery charge but not the cost of
returning the items to us.
If sending a return, please arrange for delivery to our address below. We
strongly recommend that you obtain a free "Certificate of Posting" from the
post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in
transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the package recorded
delivery. All items must be in perfect condition and in their original
packaging.

Registration and Privacy
To complete your purchase on our site, we will ask you to complete a
short registration page with your delivery details, e-mail address and a
password.
Your Account will then store your past purchase history, as well as allow
you to enter up to 5 different delivery addresses (great for presents!).
Please note that no credit card information is stored on our website.
Should you forget your password, please follow the link on the login page and we will send
you a new password to your registered e-mail address.
Registration Step-by-Step Guide
Registration is done on one single page, asking for your name, address,
e-mail, phone number and a password of your choice. We can assure you that
we will not use this information for marketing purposes unless you have
chosen to receive our e-mail newsletter - please see our privacy policy for
details.
We understand that you do not wish to receive cold calls - neither do we,
so we will never phone you for marketing purposes. However your phone number
will allow us to get in touch should there be any problems with your order
or delivery.

the page. Below is a short overview of the available account functions:

Allows you to change your personal information and password, as well as
store up to 5 different delivery addresses.

This section contains details of your past orders with us.
E-mail notifications
Labrador Noir produces a e-mail newsletter with special offers and
news about our product range. Here you can subscribe to, or unsubscribe from our newsletter.
If you'd like to receive a copy, simply tick the "newsletter" box when
registering with us, or, if you are an existing customer, you can subscribe
in Your Account.
Customer Information
We take the privacy of your details very seriously, which is why we will
not sell, give away, or otherwise divulge customer details to 3rd parties
for marketing purposes.
When you order, we will require your name, address, e-mail address and
phone number. Without this information we will not be able to process your
request or notify you of acceptance of your order.
The supplied phone number will only be used to contact you should there
be problems with your order or delivery and we may pass this information on
to our couriers in case they need to contact you. Should you not wish for
this to happen, please let us know.
When you register with us you can select whether you would like to
receive our e-mail newsletter with special offers. You can subscribe or
unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time through the "Your Account"
function which lets you manage your settings at your own convenience.
For your payment online by credit card, you will be directed to the secure
PayPal payment facility. Your data is collected by PayPal and not stored by
us, neither will PayPal divulge your card details to us at any stage. You do not need to create an account
with PayPal in order to pay.
Cookies
We make use of 'per-session' cookies to track customer progress within
our site. Longer term cookies are only held on the customers' computer, and
for the purpose of enabling Login to areas of the site only available to
registered users.

When your customer information is transmitted to us, it is protected by a robust SSL certificate operating a
